Building a Foundation for Future Learning
Our age-appropriate curriculum is designed to nurture every child's natural curiosity and love of learning.
Our Educational Philosophy
At Little Einstein's Academy, we believe every child is unique. Our curriculum blends structured learning with creative exploration, ensuring each child develops at their own pace while building essential skills for kindergarten and beyond.

⭐ Grow NJ Kids Approved Childcare Learning Center
Little Einstein\'s Academy is a Grow NJ Kids Participating Program — New Jersey\'s official state quality rating system. This certification means our facility, curriculum, teachers, and family engagement practices meet rigorous state standards for quality early childhood education.
Creative Curriculum® by Teaching Strategies
We implement the nationally recognized Creative Curriculum® framework, a research-backed early childhood education system organized around 38 learning objectives across social-emotional, physical, language, cognitive, literacy, and mathematics domains. Every lesson has a purpose. Every activity is planned. And every child is seen as an individual learner.
Our Philosophy
Learning That Starts with the Child
Our approach is grounded in child development research: when children feel safe, valued, and engaged, they learn naturally and joyfully.
Child-Led Exploration
Children direct their own curiosity within a structured framework. We follow their lead while meeting development milestones age by age.
Intentional Planning
Every week is planned with clear learning objectives tied to literacy, numeracy, science, art, and social development.
Relationship-Based Care
Our teachers build genuine bonds with each child. Trust is the foundation of all learning, especially in early childhood.
Progress Tracking
Regular developmental assessments ensure every child is on track — and parents receive clear, honest updates.
6 Core Learning Domains
Every Area of Development, Every Day
We don\'t focus on one area and neglect others. Our curriculum addresses all six domains simultaneously, the way children actually develop.
Language & Literacy
Listening, speaking, pre-reading, phonics, and early writing. We build language-rich environments from day one, helping children become communicators and future readers.
Mathematics
Number recognition, counting, patterns, shapes, measurement, and early problem-solving. Math is taught concretely, through objects and play, not worksheets.
Science & Discovery
Observation, questioning, and hands-on experiments. Children explore the natural world, conduct simple experiments, and develop scientific thinking from an early age.
Social & Emotional
Self-regulation, empathy, conflict resolution, cooperation, and building healthy peer relationships. SEL is the foundation everything else is built on.
Creative Arts
Visual arts, music, movement, and dramatic play. Creativity is not a break from learning — it IS learning. Art develops fine motor skills, self-expression, and divergent thinking.
Physical Development
Gross motor (running, climbing, balance) and fine motor (writing, cutting, building) skills. A healthy body supports a healthy, focused mind.
STEAM Woven Through Everything
Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math aren\'t siloed into a separate time block. At Little Einstein\'s Academy, STEAM thinking is woven into every part of the day — block play, water tables, art projects, cooking activities — in ways that feel like play but build the problem-solving, pattern recognition, and creativity that define future scientists, engineers, and thinkers.
The People Behind the Program
Teachers Who Know Child Development
Our curriculum is only as good as the people delivering it. Here\'s what sets our teaching team apart.
Licensed & Certified
All lead teachers hold NJ childcare certifications. Many hold degrees in early childhood education or child development from accredited programs.
Ongoing Training
Teachers receive regular professional development in Creative Curriculum®, child behavior, and early literacy. Learning never stops for us either.
Developmental Observation
Teachers formally observe and document each child's progress. Parents receive updates on where their child is and what they\'re working toward next.
Low Teacher Turnover
Many of our teachers have been with LEA for years. Consistency matters to children — familiar faces build the trust that makes learning possible.
Parent Communication
Daily check-ins, written reports, and regular parent conferences ensure you always know what your child experienced and how they\'re growing.
Background Checked
Every staff member undergoes thorough background checks, fingerprinting, and child abuse clearances in compliance with NJ state requirements.
